Merle and Brent were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go above and beyond what I was expecting. Merle gave me a fair trade in value without playing games that other places have done with me in the past. They’re in the middle of their spring rush, a time when they are very busy, Merle wasn’t able to deliver during business hours, so he dropped it off after they closed. I can’t get over how pleasant the whole situation was from start to finish. My new Wright ZTS 52 zero turn is by far the best overall mower I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it!
