Excellent staff at Eagle Auto! Professional and friendly. Roberto helped with assisting in setting up my NYS inspection. He took the time to help me schedule it with my crazy work schedule. While my car was being serviced the remaining office staff engaged in friendly conversation. Very welcoming and family oriented atmosphere. Very pleased with this business and its staff.

Never buy a car from this place! I bought a car from here back in September 2025. I had a great experience. The saleswoman was great and I've had no issues with the car. I sent my daughter here to purchase her first car due to my positive experience. It's a Chevy Cruze. First off I wasn't there when she picked it out. It has a huge dent in the back and it should not have been sold to her in that condition. Fifteen days later it stalled out while she was driving it and overheated while she was on a hill. This put her life in danger. Oil started to pour from underneath as it was being towed. She was denied a refund or trading it for something else. They ended up fixing it. I explained to them that this was a huge inconvenience and I now have to drive almost an hour there and back to get her car back. I asked if they can tow it back to the shop that they got it from and was told no and that they would not give us any type of compensation for the inconvenience. My daughter missed work and now we have to come up with gas money that we shouldn't have to come up with. The water pump exploded and the entire belt fell off of the car. I sent three other family members there to buy a car from them, I will now be telling them not to go there because this is a huge inconvenience. Trent was extremely rude to me. I will never go back to this place to purchase again.

I brought my Yukon in for an oil change with a tire rotation & the shop did an awesome job. I was in & out within an hour. The service manager was friendly & professional in answering all of my questions. My favorite part though was the renovated office & popcorn machine.

Came in for a vehicle so happy with our 2023 suv Trent helped so much because of him we got to walk away with the car today he stayed after and is awesome come on down you won't regret it!!
