My name is Gary. My family and I have been using Nick’s Auto Body for over 30 years, and I can honestly say they are the best of the best. Their outstanding reputation and excellent customer service are well deserved. Unfortunately, some people are never satisfied no matter what you do for them. I would not let one negative review influence your decision. In my experience, this shop has consistently provided five-star service every single time. Just last night, my Chevy Suburban LT was struck while parked, causing damage to the right rear tail light and bumper guard. As soon as I discovered the damage, I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. Without hesitation, I will be bringing my vehicle to Nick’s Auto Body for the repairs. I have complete confidence that they will do a fabulous job, just as they always have. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Chris and Nick’s auto body shop is amazing! He was clear and honest from the onset. He fixed my BMW bumper and fender, and other work around the car. He was even able to match my custom paint with ease and made my vehicle look brand new! Very fair pricing for top notch quality work all around. I couldn’t be happier with how my car turned out. I had to get some work done to my truck after someone had hit me from behind. Everyone is so nice at this office! They got my truck done so fast. I even needed engine fluid topped off I didn't even ask them to do it it was just sitting in my truck and they did it for me. Very honest work and they fixed my truck so nice. Great job. I used a different auto body years ago in ronkonkoma .That experience gave me ptsd. The guys over at nicks are respectful, work is phenomenal, and they clean up after themselves. My Tahoe looks better than it did before the accident. Thank you guys for the job well done, and thank you even more for restoring some faith in the industry.
