Garrett's is one of the few auto mechanic shops left on earth with an honest owner. Tim won't overcharge, and always tries to find less expensive options. Our whole family has used them for decades.

Tim is a nice guy and they do good work here, but communication is lacking and they hold on to your car for a while. I brought my car back here to follow up on some work they did earlier in the year, and they ended up holding on to the car for a week without calling me, and hadn't done anything with it after a whole week. I can't be without my vehicle for that long for no reason.

Great customer service. Tim is the best auto mechanic out there. He is very affordable and will work with you if you don't have enough money to pay on the spot.

I have small things done by Mavis and Jiffy lube. When it comes to diagnosis, and quality work that's more than something small, I bring it here. Ask anyone living in the area and they'll tell you the same thing. Very good reputation with 5 stars.
