Cove Tire Car Care Center

I want to warn others about my experience at this shop. The woman who answers the phone and works behind the desk is extremely rude. Her tone, the way she speaks to customers, and the pushy attempts to upsell higher-priced items are completely unnecessary. There are plenty of other options in the area for an oil change. I have gone to them before and have overlooked her rudeness because I feel that mechanics are good there, but do yourself a favor and choose a place that values your business, rather than one that assumes they can treat customers poorly and still keep them.

Service was done quickly and I didn't have to wait too long. Great job!

(Update: They are back to full strength with mechanics, and so are busy with work.) These are longtime members of our community who will never sell you anything you don't need, have always been completely honest, and know what they're doing as far as car repairs, simple and complex. I wouldn't be able to keep my beloved older German car if there were no Cove Tire; they fix it reliably and reasonably every time. A lot of car dealers treat you like they're doing you a favor by deigning to work on your car. At Cove Tire they're always friendly, knowledgeable and appreciative.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I have had to date. Granted, it was simply to repair a tire with a screw in it, but if they nail the simple stuff I am sure they would do an equally fantastic job on larger repairs as well. The customer representative was courteous and upfront about cost, repair time, and details. She knew I had to make it to work and couldn't wait too long so they let me come in 15 minutes before my appointment (8:15), and had me out by 9:15. On top of that, they seal the tire from the inside for a permanent fix rather than using a flimsy plug like most shops do. All this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will certainly be returning for future repairs.

First time using Cove Tire Care Center and definitely will be back for my next car needs. Thank you guys so much for everything!! Best local shop, honest, friendly, trustworthy !
