I'm in town for Thanksgiving and my side view mirror was clipped and broke. I came to these guys Monday for an estimate, which was about $800 less than a dealer. Part came in Tuesday. Installed Wednesday morning. Minimal interruption to my vacation. Staff very friendly and professional. Thanks Katie and others for great service!

We had our car towed to Frank and Son's Body Shop from East Durham. We reached out to Todd (only to find out they/he was on vacation). He responded immediately. Made us aware that the garage was on vacation until 8/4 but would take a look at it then. That he did!! Ordered the parts and I picked up my beautiful car today 8/7! I wouldn’t hesitate referring them in town and surrounding areas! (Which I’m going to do!). They are very responsive, courteous, friendly, efficient, and organized. Made you feel like family. Can't say enough good about them. If you find yourself in a position where you’re needing an auto body repaired, do not hesitate reaching out to Frank & Son’s Auto Body! Everyone at Frank and Sons was aces.. Katie was exceptional from start to finish and having her help made the experience hassle free. Todd is knowledgeable and down to earth. The work was perfect, no sign that there was ever any damage. They are just great people, we will use them again for sure.

I brought my truck in to remove a few small surface rust spots. The price was reasonable and the work was completed earlier than initially estimated. The color match appears flawless and the areas look as good as new. It wasn't part of the work I requested, but Frank & Sons took the initiative and touched up a few small scratches/nicks for no additional cost. As an added bonus, the truck was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. Nice! Good people, great service and highly recommended.

Frank and Sons Body Shop exceeded my expectations! The repair work was flawless, the staff was professional and courteous, and they had my car ready on time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for body work. Highly recommend!
