Thankfully, Steve has created a safe haven in the often disappointing world of auto repair. I want to thank the whole team for such a great experience. Steve, the owner, was pleasant, easy to talk to, and explained the process clearly. Nick, the mechanic, had the skill to fix my car and did an excellent job. Heather at the front desk was a fresh breath of air—kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Together they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you find a shop where everyone genuinely cares about their customers. I truly appreciate their honesty and skill, and I highly recommend them!
