I can't even begin to express my gratitude!! On family vacation (that I never get to take). We had unforseen issues with our truck. After many calls and much dissapointment Basic answered my call! I needed work done on my truck and they took it right in! The communication and service was AMAZING!! Every step of the way Basic was right in touch with me. I have incredible guilt leaving my family all the time let alone while I am on vacation. The next phone call I got was from Basic delivering my truck, completely fixed and ready. They even hooked it to my camper to give me the assurance! Delivered my truck and gave me more time with my family. Talk about service!! I will drive to bring you my repairs!
