Paid $1500 in labor to pick up my vehicle not fixed and in worse condition...the check engine light is on now and never was. The problem never fixed and now I have other issue to pay for because of something they did. My experience wasn't good. Just stating the facts .

Amazing work , really puts the time and effort into making sure the repair is fixed properly .. W bob and the boys in the chat , definitely recommending to anyone and everyone !

Worse person to deal with..wouldn’t do work on my car because it stinks.telling me .I need all this work on my car. When pep boy told me all I had to do was replace the headlight cover on my car..He’s terrible. Not human. Don’t go to him..Yes pep-boy checked my car out..Bob telling me I need 4000 to put in my car.for him to work on ..what no way..I .clean the car. He don’t like me..that why he’s saying all these rotten thing!!! What a jerk. Kevin was the best!!!you wanted 4000? I paid 600.00 to fix it.. no engine light. I fixed that. And it pass inspection !! At pep boys!!!

Very disappointed in this shop. My son called and asked if he could do a repair on his 2002 BMW. Bob agreed he could do it for a certain price. My son towed the vehicle to the shop and was told it would be a few weeks for the repair to be done. We were fine with that. After about 4 weeks, we followed up and were told it wasn’t started yet but would be soon. After not hearing anything for another 4 weeks we called and were told it still wasn’t being worked on. We were then provided many excuses as to why it wasn’t done and that we didn’t get a call about it because his paperwork got blown off the desk and disappeared. We were then told that he actually was not going to do the work and that we should have the car towed to another shop. We understand shops are busy and may be short staffed but a little bit of honesty up front would have been appreciated. We could have moved the car 7 weeks ago and found a shop that would actually do the work.

Now that I have a child I want to take my car to someone I can trust. Competition Auto is that shop where you know you are getting the best work at a good price. Bobby does amazing work and takes pride in it. I have been to many chain shops in the past and wonder if they actually even did everything they said they did. At Competition Bobby took the time to show me the pads and rotors he took off my vehicle and even showed me a picture of the transmission pan explaining everything that was done so I can leave with confidence knowing my car was in the best hands possible.
