I have been coming to Williams auto for 4 months now for my intoxalock machine and the service has always been very friendly, quick and easy! I had some problems with my 2010 Dodge journey at the end of last week and it wouldn't start. I had it towed there and left there over the weekend and John looked it over on Monday morning and quickly figured out the problem with it. He ordered the part and had it installed in a timely manner and sooner than I expected! Very good customer service! Tracey his receptionist called me first thing Monday and explained everything that needed to be done before they went ahead and ordered parts or did any work! John also was very informative and straightforward on what needed to be done! There's no up charging of this and that, it's straightforward, to the point, of what you are there for! They keep you informed every step of the way so you don't have to worry! Highly recommend!

Will always have my service! John is the most straightforward and honest mechanic. He has done extensive work on my Jeep Commander. No complaints. Tracy is a great receptionist!

My brother went there to get his truck fixed. I just gave him a ride there. I didn't get to go inside the office, so I can't accurately review anything else. Sorry. All that I can say is that it's very difficult to park there, since they have so few parking spaces. I had to park out on the street, and wait and wait and wait until my brother finally left the office. I wish that it was easier to park there. Also, my GPS told me to go all around on one way streets in order to get there. Maybe they should find a bigger place? Just saying.

John is just the most perfect mechanic. He knows cars, and he takes pride in diagnosing a problem and getting it fixed the first. We've never had to take our vehicles back 2 times for the same problem. And he's honest enough to tell you if he won't be able to do a repair. To top it all off, he's such a gentleman.

If you're looking for an honest, experienced mechanic to work on your vehicle, then this is the place to go. This mechanic came highly recommended to me not only by my friends but by my church as well. The type of service I receive is exceptional. From now on, I won't bring my SUV anywhere else.
