We had an unfortunate incident late on a Friday afternoon where we had a flat that could not be repaired. After several calls to find the needed tire and several calls to have the car towed to Warren Tire for the install; they didn't even charge us for the work they did to install the new tire!!! I was awe struck! Who does that??? Oh and I forgot to mention that they close at 5 and this was at 5:45 in the afternoon! God Bless them! We tipped them well and headed back out on the road. If they hadn't saved our butt we would have been stuck there until Monday waiting on a tire and install. I very highly recommend Warren Tire in Schenectady! They are number one in our book for sure! They are wonderful people who do terrific work and really care about their customers! A+ place!!!

I hope reposting my review will allow it to actually get views, since people in the area need to know what a sham this business is. I brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek to this location and asked them if they could address a rattle I was hearing upon accelerating (heat shield was loose), and if they could repair a damaged mirror cover I had on my driver's side. I made it clear that just the cover, and not the entire unit needed to be replaced. They assured me they would address the rattling sound and could fix the mirror COVER "like new". I received a call from them a day or two after dropping my car off letting me know they could replace the cover for me, which I thought was odd, since they already said they could do that when I dropped the car off. I told them great, go ahead and replace the cover, and thanked them for the call. I clarified again that it was just the cover, a part I knew was not expensive, and not the whole mirror mount that they would be replacing. They confirmed it would just be the cover. A few days later they told me that my car was ready to pick up, and when I arrived, I was truly shocked. I had already determined which part needed to be replaced, down to the product number, and the online quotes were around $100 for the top cover. Honestly, the bottom cover was mostly fine but I figured I would get both replaced since the cost wasn't too high. Instead of replacing the cover "like new" as they promised, they replaced the entire unit with a USED, DIRTY, SCRATCHED mirror and cover, covered in dead bug guts, and charged me $500.00. At no point did they tell me that they were replacing the entire unit nor did they quote me a price before proceeding to place a disgusting, used mirror unit on my car. It looked worse than it did when I dropped it off. Additionally, I thought it was extremely odd that they managed to find a used part, that when labor and tax was added, equaled $500 even, and I asked for proof of purchase of the used mirror that they saw fit to affix to my car. They could not provide me with one. Go figure. I called them back a few days later and demanded that they either replace the mirror COVER "like new" as they had promised or pay to get it painted to match my vehicle and the other mirror, or refund me for the usedee mirror unit they clearly had not even paid for, and eat the 15 minutes of labor that was charged on my invoice. They agreed to pay for the paint job if I took it to an auto body shop in Scotia. This was completely out of the way for me and a total inconvenience, but I wanted the issue resolved so I went to Frank's Autobody and they painted the mirror cover. I hope it cost more than $500 and that they actually charged Warren for the job. ALSO, they did not even address the rattling and loose heat shield, so I ended up having to take my car over to Goldstein Subaru to have that issue addressed, and pay an additional $120. When I asked why they hadn't done that, they said they didn't know they were supposed to. I'm not sure why I wasted my time asking about it and having a whole conversation with the guy when I dropped my car off, but wasting other people's time seems to be the real business motive behind Warren. Bottom line: Warren Tire employs liars who overcharge women thinking that they can get away with it. When I made a BBB complaint, their offer was to have me return the now painted mirror unit in order to get a refund, or to provide proof that it was painted to get reimbursed. It's like they don't even know what is going on half the time. I will never go to this business again and I hope they get audited soon for falsifying records and engaging in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Like really, I gave you guys $500 for WHAT. I guess we'll find out when I sue them in small claims court ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Included before and after pictures of the mirror.

This place was fantastic, me not knowing much about cars, was able to get high end and low end price for tires with no problems, and the staff were reasonably personable and very helpful.

Trying to find a good mechanic who is honest and can fit you in is tough these days so I needed to write this review about an outstanding service center - Warren Service Center. My daughter has been going to them for a few years and always had good things to say about the service. When I needed service and couldn't find anyone local I decided to drive the 45 minutes to Warren and have them service my vehicle. The drive was well worth it. From the minute I entered the building and spoke to the front desk I knew this was going to be a good choice for me. The two gentlemen at the service were kind and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I had made an appointment and they took me right in when I arrived. I have been back twice since for tires and routine maintenance. I pass so many service stations on my way to schenectady and don't mind the drive at all because I know I am dealing with a station I can trust. I can't say enough about these men. Thank you!!!
