Took it to another (well known, nationwide) shop, they quoted me $4-5k to get my daytime running light working again, in order to pass inspection. I reached out to Rainer and I'm so thankful I did. The other shop diagnosed the wrong issue, Rainer got it working in about a half hour and for under 40 bucks. Hes easy to talk to while you wait, extremely reasonably priced AND knows what hes doing. Won't be going anywhere else as long as hes nearby!

I had a great experience with Vulture Ventures. My initial appointment was for a diagnostic, and I later brought my vehicle back in to have an exhaust leak repaired. Rainer was incredibly honest about what work actually needed to be done and never made me feel like he was trying to upsell or take advantage of me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience working on vehicles and felt confident that my car was in good hands the entire time. I also really appreciated his weekend availability, which made things much easier since I work full time Monday through Friday. I highly recommend Vulture Ventures to anyone who needs automotive work or a reliable diagnosis. I will definitely be using his services again!

I don't have a great history with mechanics. The thought of going to one always stresses me out. With that being said, this is the BEST experience I've had with a mechanic. Vulture Ventures is an honest business run by a great person who isn't here to price gouge and screw customers. I have 0 complaints. It was an all around great experience and I will be coming here for all future automotive issues I may have. I live in Glenmont. There's a mechanic around the corner from me. Yesterday, I drove the half-hour to see Rainer to fix my windshield washer lines under my hood. Made the appointment online. (There's currently plenty of openings. Book a spot for your car's needs now!) I bought the parts to do the work myself, originally. The job would have been impossible for me to do on my own. Even Rainer was surprised by how the line was run from the reservoir to the sprayers in my Ford Escape. It didn't slow him down and I was done in less than an hour. He's good people. (I can't stress this enough. He rescued my spouse when a tire blowout couldn't be fixed by roadside assistance. It didn't stop him from swapping the donut and the tire right there.) His rates are cheap. His work is not. He's honest. He will now get all my work, and I will steer any of my friends and neighbors his way. I wish I had known of his shop several years ago when my Kia Sorento's subframe was discovered to have Swiss Cheese syndrome.

younger sibling brought the car to this place. i can't tell you how happy i am with their work. as with any place labor is a major factor with mechanic shops, but this place is worth it the last 2 shops to work on their car charged them 600-800$ and the car still had the problem even told them things needed change when it didn't. this mechanic ran through the car and told them EXACTLY the same thing i said and fixed it. they did way better work than i was expecting and even cleaned the engine bay after the work. the cars fixed and i told them to go here any car issues. they let you know whats not looking good and dont push it. they just do damn good work and im glad i can finally say that about a mechanics place
