November of 2025 we lost my dad unexpectedly. He always went with my mom to get a car when it was time for a new one This time was just us. My mom and I came here after looking many places for an affordable car. We pulled in and were immediately greeted by someone that asked if we needed help. We didn’t at that time. He respected that and didn’t push. I specifically came here because I know that they aren’t pushy and don’t try to get you into a car you don’t like. We ended up finding one that was perfect for her with the help of the salesman. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I will always recommended them to others I know looking for a vehicle. We appreciate all the time taken to make sure that my mom was in a reliable car, that was also cute and in her budget. Thank you everyone for getting my mom her new-to-her car. And thank you for making this experience happy one and not stressful and sad. We appreciate you all. And I’m happy to see a family business succeeding.

Buying from Tower Auto Sales is how car buying should be. From start to finish, I was in my car in 5 days. From test drive to pick up. Frank was amazing and took care of everything for me. The sale was seamless. Lauren and owner Bob were great too work with too. Such great people and a family owns business. No wonder they've been in business for over 30 years. The owner was always present and involved throughout the process, which gave us a lot of confidence. Frank was also amazing — he helped us with everything, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure we understood every step. All fees were clearly explained and even printed out for us, so there were no surprises at all. They offered us a warranty, and when we said we were not interested, they respected our decision and continued with the sale without any pressure, which we truly appreciated. We also asked for a few details on the car to be fixed before finalizing the purchase, and everything was done exactly as agreed. Overall, it was a smooth, honest, and stress-free experience. I highly recommend and would definitely do business with them again.
