I had a really good experience here and would definitely recommend them. I’ll be honest — I’m usually not very comfortable going to mechanics because I always worry about being overcharged or sold things I don’t actually need. Because of that, I’m usually pretty skeptical when it comes to car repairs. That said, Alex was great to work with and made the whole experience a lot easier. I brought in my 2019 Kia Optima for an EVAP issue, and they were able to properly diagnose the problem and take care of everything thoroughly. They replaced the filler neck assembly, purge valve, completed my rear brakes and rotors, and also did a full synthetic oil change. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward Alex was throughout the process. He took the time to explain what was wrong, showed me the parts, and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the repairs being done. That kind of transparency really means a lot, especially when you’re already nervous about bringing your car in. Overall, the service was professional, helpful, and easy to work with.
