I am in the process of moving from downstate. As I drove down my street and pulled up to my house after a 3 hour drive, I noticed a clanking sound that significantly worsened as I drove around to do errands. I still had to return to queens before the official move date, a few days away. In addition, we were expecting a snow storm. I was in a bit of a panic trying to find a mechanic that would be able to fix my car on time. I am so grateful to have found this place. John and John jr. were very friendly, polite and professional. They took care of the problem the same day and explained with pictures what happened and how they fixed it. The sense I got from this place was trust, honesty, caring about people, caring about maintaining relationships with customers, and caring about the quality of the work they do. Good guys. If you are looking for a mechanic, I recommend giving this place a try. I certainly will be going back the next time my car needs service.

If you're a women be careful! I let them scam me a few times ( I know 🤦‍♀️) this last time was the last! They charge CRAZY PRICES if you're a women . After I picked my car up it felt off and it didnt drive the same and a week later my car competely broke down!

Poor communication. If you take your car on a Friday just know they will leave and not hit u up at all . Will not update u . And after having our van go back and forth 3-4 times because the problem was still there we had to find a new mechanic $2,000 later . We would call and call to the point my husband has to just pop up on them on the weekends when they were “ closed “ but they were in fact open . Never again

Very professional. They fixed my brake lines on my car and the price was affordable. Definitely recommend anyone who has car issues to go there! Tell them Raymond's mom sent you!!

Called John about a 2010 Subaru Legacy with a rotted sub frame Asked if he could work on it. Said he would call back in a hour had to check and see if he could find a frame .One hour later John called back and said he found a fame Agreed on a price - dropped the car off other than a delay on the frame being delivered John had the car fixed as quoted in five days. …………. Outstanding Service You don’t find friendly service like this today!
