Don’t do it! This guy assured me he had ALL the parts to fix my sleds and that the turnaround time would be 24-48 hours. After several shattered promises and delays, I finally got the text I had been waiting for—17 days after drop-off—at 6:30 PM on a Friday night. He demanded payment and immediate pickup, threatening to charge me $65 per day for storage and list them on Marketplace the next day. The worst part? I live in NC, and he gave me no warning and no opportunity to plan an enjoyable trip. I had initially planned a trip to pick up the sleds and ride for The week, but he told me last minute they wouldn’t be done in time. Then, when he finally said they were ready, I had no time to plan and had to drive 20 hours over two days at the last minute just to get them before the storage fees kicked in. Absolute nightmare experience—avoid at all costs!
