When we spun out off of 86 W during a winter storm these guys towed us out of the ditch quickly and safely. Even on a busy day they got to us quickly and we were back on the road within an hour of the accident. The only kicker is that the roadside assistance is very expensive at 300 but it's worth it to not be in a ditch.

It's easy to see that all at this establishment are very special people!! I was leaving Allegany State Park when I panicked because I had no lights on the back of my camper! Facing a 3 hour drive back to Rochester I very stressed. I stopped at Den's to see if they could help me. Despite being short staffed & busy that day, they took my camper right in & fixed the problem for me! I can't express the gratitude I feel for them. Their kindness & compassion showed me their incredible belief in doing God's work. I would recommend this business to everyone, God bless them!! Joan Ryan

They towed my truck in from a disabling accident. They were great to work with. Kept my updated the whole time. A month later a get my truck back looking better then when I bought it. Friendly people with quality work to match. I'd recommend them.

We had a lot of bad news at once and these amazing people, were able to help me and my family. They made it their upmost priority to treat us with the most amount of dignity and respect. We were in a tough spot and they came through on a moments notice absolutely incredible. I’d recommend them to anyone and I still can’t thank them enough.
