Brought my car there not long ago to have tires mounted and balanced and had an appointment set for 10am got there and was told it would be about an hour and a half to get done I came back an hour and a half later and my car wasn’t done and got told my the one of the workers that I was lucky because they took my car mind you I had an appointment as they told me that if I was a usual customer they would have canceled but since it was my first time they wanted to make it look good for them my car ended up taking close to 3 hours for the work to get done and they I get told that my rear sway bar link was broken which it wasn’t before I took it there and then my front control arms which weren’t broken either are also broken due to the negligence of them over there so I’m now paying over 1300$ at a dodge dealership to have my car fixed

I brought my car to them with several things wrong with it. They listened to all my concerned and checked everything out. They communicated with me along the way. They got my car done faster than I thought it would be and everything is fixed! Highly recommend!

They are ok. I had an apt today at 9 and they weren't there. Yes they had a situation at home that made them late, however when I made my apt they should have asked for my number to let me know if anything came up. Other than that, they are good.
