Amazing service, and people who go out of their way to make sure the work is right and fair. I brought by RV Trailer to them for new tires, they looked them over since it's a new RV, and gave me honest feedback and guidance. You can trust them with anything you bring, from here on out - no other tire place will ever get my business but Grand Premier in Rotterdam! They saved me $700 and sanity!

The staff and the ambiance were exceptional. I was welcomed upon arrival and engaged in conversation throughout my visit, which created a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

The team at Grand Premier are excellent. We hit something on the Thruway. Our rim was bent and we were on our way to Buffalo for our mom’s funeral. They got the rim bent back into shape and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Such an efficient team. So grateful. PS - Shout out to the old guy with gray hair ( they were his words). 😂 Great team!

Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! 🙏
