They’re incredibly knowledgeable about all types of vehicles, and they keep a very relaxed, informal atmosphere that makes everything easy. Been coming to JMR Auto for about 5-6 years, Ross and his team are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Never once have I had a bad experience. The most recent repair they’ve done for me was a transfer case on my 328i. They were timely and kept good communication throughout. My wife and I experienced brake trouble while traveling through the area, and were so fortunate to find JMR. Working with JMR was a great experience. The folks in the office were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and enjoyable to chat with. The service was above expected as they moved around their schedule to work on our car so we could get back on the road. To top it all off, the price for parts and service was super fair. I wish we lived closer so JMR could be our local mechanic.
