Absolutely fantastic guy. We broke down and just barely made it off of the highway. While he didn't have time to repair the car (engine issue), Nico was gracious enough to have a look, give us a possible diagnosis, and advice as to how to proceed. Allowed us to stay on his lot for a couple of hours until we got a tow. They were able to send an email stating and confirming this interaction when there were insurance problems a few days later. They did all this free of charge. Absolute killer service. Thanks sincerely for all of your help.

On the way to a cabin car started to smoke. Niko was the closest. Once here we were serviced in about 10 minutes. Popped opened my hood and saw I had no coolant. He gave be about half a gallon and noticed my coolant hose was broken. Couldn't be repaired there due to missing parts but we were able to leave our car there till the next day for a tow back to NYC. Didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and honest.

Absolutely the best. Nico is a true gentleman. I got stuck, not only did he help with advice, then when I towed my car he did it right away !!!! I would highly highly recommend.

A few years ago our brakes failed while we were visiting the Catskills. The minute we pulled into Niko's lot someone walked out to greet us. Took a look at our car...Niko's put us at the front of his long line of repairs and quickly got our brakes fixed and we were back enjoying our trip. Thanks Niko!

Awesome company. On time great communication . No one else would tow my car BMW . I got a flat, even on the run flat tires. He used a flatbed 72 miles to take my car to my local tire dealer . All fixed good as new. Call him if you're in need of a towtruck. Very fair, great service a pleasure .
