First time at this shop. These guys (and the young lady at the front desk) were outstanding from the first phone call all the way until we picked up my wife’s Cadillac. Courteous, professional, and honest. Their work: Somehow the car looks even better than it did before my wife rear ended the hell out of someone. Listen, when you look as good as my wife sometimes you have to sacrifice in other areas. I mostly dealt with Chris at the shop, who I’m pretty sure is now my best friend. I asked him to rush the job because we were planning on taking the car to Florida 14 days later. “If I can get the parts here in time, I’ll have it ready for you in a week.”, says Chris just charming my socks off. Nine days later the Godfather of my next kid says come get the speed demon’s Caddy. I don’t know if they treat everyone like this or if they just give preferential treatment to super attractive, wordy, short dudes. But I’m kinda hoping my wife wrecks her car again so Chris and I can hang out.

When I got my car back, I was absolutely blown away. It looked brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. The attention to detail in the repair work was impeccable.
