Negligent work that could have led to injury or death. If i could give zero stars from my last visit I would. To give some background, I have used their services in the past for the simple oil change or swapping already mounted and balanced tires. I had my winters swapped for my all seasons, shortly after I noticed vibrations while traveling at highway speeds. I looked through my side mirrors and aimed them down at the tires and saw the top of the tire moving horizontally and not rolling true. I took the truck back in and told them it is like the tire is not seated on the hub properly. The mechanic then came back saying it wasn't the tire and most likely the axle shaft. Okay its an old truck, I guess that could be the case as I've had them install it and then recheck their work and make sure everything is okay. I get a rear axle shaft replacement and ironically the trip back I start to notice now a metal on metal rubbing on the front driver side tire. Under the impression that my tires were still properly installed, figured it may be a stuck brake pad. I order new brakes and thank god I didn't drive the truck until i got a chance to install them. I finally get some free time to do the work, I jack the truck up and go to pull off the tires and surprise, 4 of the 6 lug nuts on the driver front tire come off with MY FINGERS. These are suppose to be torqued to 140 ft lbs... I take the only two lugs holding the wheel off that were maybe 20 ft lbs and take the tire off to find the hub centric spacer still on the hub from the winter tires crushed. I go around to every tire and sure enough the hub centric spacers were there on every tire. This is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS as when you torque down lug nuts, its suppose to be metal on metal, not against a plastic piece that will just deform. I went around every tire and every lug was barely torqued on with the spacer on and crushed. Took the spacers out and installed all the tires to the proper torque spec. Took a test drive and everything is fine now. No noise from the driver front, no vibration, and the rear driver tire now rolls true. After this, I will never bring my vehicles to their auto service center ever again. This could have easily led to a tire coming off while driving and led to a car crash. It's simply not worth the risk.

I had 4 Wal-Mart branded Douglas Touring tires put on my Volkswagen Jetta. The wait was a little longer than I expected. But the service and price was the best in town. I would recommend and will be back.
View on GoogleBought a new set of good year reliant tires from Walmart and had them put on in April. The other day I had the car start shaking like crazy when at high speeds so I brought it to a mechanic to figure out what was wrong. They found out that the 2 tires on the passenger side had tar that melted the tire and formed to the tread. So I brought it to Walmart since I paid extra for a warranty. They told me they wouldn’t cover it because the shaking doesn’t mean that tire is bad and said the tar would work its way out if I keep driving it. I bought 2 more tires to replace they with the same ones but won’t be doing business with them again. Bring your car elsewhere your better off
View on GoogleDon't go here. Go to your local dealership or a trustworthy chain/mom and pop nearby. I was told by several employees that they take walk ins up to 7 pm. So I arrive at 5pm. Little late, but I work overnights, and i figure "it's just a simple tire repair." I'm told by an employee they're on break and will be back at 5:30. Didn't see a single employee until 6:10. Then, another 10 minutes spent waiting for them to finish filling wiper fluid and stare at the car. Service manager finally comes out, I already knew the answer I'd get, but I ask anyways, and he has a tone in his voice like "are you stupid, our temporarily closed sign should make it obvious we're closed for the night." That kind of stupid is not the kind you want working on your car. So now I get to drive to work on a slow leak again and hope I can schedule service tomorrow.
View on GoogleThe pros. Prices are cheap on name brand oil changes and tires, and can't be beat by anyone. & their service is sometimes good *for the price you pay* but not always. The cons. Some of the hicks working here have an attitude problem & are as dumb as a box of rocks, but if I had to deal with the general public today, I might have an attitude problem too. The general public is whacked today. So I'll try to cut them some slack, even though they shouldn't pass on the fact that they don't like their job to others. I've gone here early on a few occasions in the morning before they open just for a tire balance and rotation so I can get in and out when it's not busy, and 2 hrs. later, with just a few cars in their parking lot, they still haven't pulled my car in. I've also come here a few times with a newer car for an oil change and they had oil all over the interior. I'm not talking about just a few smudge marks, I mean all over the door, all over the steering wheel, and all over the center console. I stopped having them change my oil after that. This place is kind of a gamble. Sometimes you get good services, sometimes not. When service is good, it's good *for the money you pay* but when it's bad, it can be really bad.
