I had a lovely time picking out a new pickup for my family. I was able to square down on a beautiful F150. Now, Brandon is a godsend, I highly recommend him but the other salesman are just as good! I tried a Canyon, didn't like how it felt so Brandon and his boss told me to try out the F150 and they did not disappoint. Not only did they cut me a deal but were very helpful through the process with zero pressure. They even replaced parts before inspection rather than I foot the bill. Brandon even helped me get cheaper insurance through an agent where it's not breaking the bank for full coverage.All in all, I would recommend them again- I've heard some bad reviews of them but it worked out for me so far. 10/10 experience so far. Truthfully I can’t say enough good things about about Rome Preowned. The GM Anthony and my saleswoman Rhiannon were the nicest most accommodating team I’ve ever met while vehicle shopping. I was very specific about my wants and they did EVERYTHING to make sure I was happy when I left. This place will take care of you and are very competitive with their offers. I am writing this review because honestly I have dealt with some pretty bad people in my lifetime but going to Rome pre-owned auto dealership was one of the best decisions I have made in my life! They help me tremendously with everything I needed to do to get a car on the road and get myself into a new used car. I haven't had a car in two and a half years because I had gotten scammed a couple times trying to get a car fixed and they made the process so simple and they were so courteous and so kind and very very nice and helpful. I would recommend anybody and everybody to go there if they need to get a new used car. They even help me with my insurance thank you Brandon and thank you Anthony and I'm sorry I didn't get the one gentleman's name that I signed the paperwork with but thank you him too they were all wonderful. I recommend them and I will continue to go there in the future for any of my automobile needs. They even had my car running with the heated seats on in the winter to go pick my car up just to make the whole process even better and to go so smoother it shows that they did really do care about their customers. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart I appreciate everything your auto dealership has done for me. You guys are my heroes!
