I bought my car new in July 2024, but the dealership did a poor job detailing it. I decided to give Professional Auto Detailing a try, and hands down, this is the best my car has ever looked. Their team is professional, thorough, and clearly passionate about their work. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have to give a huge shoutout to Santos for the absolutely incredible job he did detailing my truck. To say it needed help would be an understatement. Between a very active lifestyle and my golden retriever basically treating the back seat like her personal kingdom, the interior was covered in fur, dirt, and mud from months of daily use, outdoor adventures, and upstate New York weather. I honestly didn’t think it would ever look the same again. Santos proved me wrong. From the moment he got started, it was obvious he takes real pride in his work. He was professional, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented. He took the time to assess everything and explain what he planned to do, which immediately gave me confidence that my truck was in the right hands. The golden retriever fur alone felt like an impossible task — it was woven into the carpets, stuck in the seats, tucked into every seam, and clinging to areas I didn’t even realize hair could reach. Add in layers of dried mud, dirt, and everyday grime from work boots and winter slush, and it was a serious challenge. Somehow, Santos made it disappear. He meticulously removed every trace of fur and mud, lifting embedded hair from the upholstery and restoring the carpets to a clean, fresh look I hadn’t seen since the day I bought the truck. The seats look revitalized, the interior smells clean instead of “dog and damp boots,” and every surface — from the dashboard to the door panels — looks conditioned, polished, and protected. The exterior looks just as impressive. He removed built-up grime, salt residue, and road film, bringing back a deep shine that makes the truck look fantastic in the sunlight. The paint looks refreshed, the wheels are spotless, and even the hard-to-reach areas were cleaned thoroughly. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Santos didn’t just clean what you can see — he handled the small things that most people overlook. Cup holders, vents, seams, trim edges, door jambs — everything was addressed. It’s clear he believes in doing the job right, not rushing through it. When he finished, I honestly paused for a moment before getting in because it looked better than I ever expected. It felt like stepping into a brand-new vehicle again. If you have pets, kids, mud, winter salt, or just a vehicle that has taken a beating from everyday life, Santos is the person you want. He transformed my truck from a fur-covered, mud-tracked mess into something I’m proud to drive again. I returned to Santos again when my wife got her 2024 Ford Maverick for a full Woolwax and three-year ceramic treatment, then again this past February with my new BraunAbility 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport for full Woolwax and a 5 year ceramic. The results speak for themselves! Santos maintains the highest level of professionalism but is still incredibly personable and friendly. His prices reflect his impeccable work - you may pay a bit more than the other detailers who shuttle five cars through their shops per day, but this is only because Santos provides utmost care and extraordinary detail on each job he performs. I promise you will not be disappointed. EDIT: Adding to my review because Google won't let me review twice! Santos just did all four brakes and rotors for me. Again, incredible work and more than fair pricing! He's getting busier as he gets more popular, but he still was able to purchase my parts and get my vehicle in his shop within two days. The job was complete in less than a day. He excels at more than just detail work! ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's quite clear that Santos loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Absolutely impeccable service and value. My two vehicles that came through this shop shine better than they did at the dealership! I'll never go anywhere else for auto detailing. Gotten quite a few services from Santos this past summer and always left pleased from basic car wash to breaks and rotors replaced which he gave me a great deal on. He’s detailed my car as well as my girlfriends and always done a great job. He was even nice enough to touch up some rock chipping spots with his paint. Very knowledgeable every time I ask questions and overall a stand up guy with fair prices who’s passionate about cars and what he does which is what you want from a detailer.
