NYE Volkswagen

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Nye VW of Rome! I went back another time because they are so understanding, super helpful, never pushy, and answer all your questions! I just purchased my 2023 Taos from Zach Wells. He was super kind and gave me all the info I needed! He also made it super easy to navigate everything. Joel in finance was also super awesome to work with!! I’m super happy with my new Taos!

They contacted me to purchase a VW from me. I did not seek them. Then they were rude and insulting about the car. If you contact me and you know ahead what the car is don’t be rude and arrogant. I would tell people there are much more ethical dealers nearby in Syracuse - well worth the extra time to go to someplace with ethics.

Working with Zach Wells was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward and delivered exactly what we discussed with no surprises at signing. He made the entire process smooth. It’s obvious he genuinely loves what he does and stands behind his promises. Zach’s enthusiasm and professionalism really stand out. Joel in finance was great as well; organized, clear, and just as professional. The paperwork process was efficient, transparent, and pressure-free.
