So, a few weeks ago, I reached out to James Mitsubishi as I was becoming so desperate to find a safe and affordable vehicle. The one I was driving was starting to really rack up on repairs, and I was at my wits end. I honestly had little faith in getting any type of vehicle. My credit wasn't the greatest and I still owed so much on my current car. The first day there, I met with Joey. He was very welcoming and really took the time to look over my situation. We were both a little concerned with the amount that I owed but he really went the extra mile to not only help me get my loan taken care of, but he also got me into a beautiful 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I never thought that I would ever get such a new car. And I wouldn't have been able to do this without Joey and the rest of the team! I didn't catch everyone's names but there were several that were very accommodating and informative of every step, what the cost would be, what my warranties are (which are amazing) Joey even handled my insurance for me and kept my payments low. I was very happy with my experience with everyone! I've been recommending this location since my experience was so pleasant. They really care about their customers and deserve the business! After destroying my previous new car with not much hope for a used care let alone a new one. James mitsubishi was painless quick and realistic. Joey was exceptionally organized and efficient to get everything done. Only a few hours and I was on the road. Very happy I made the stop in.

I don’t know what to say, this place is awesome. If you need a car go down to James Mitsubishi in ROME and See Sean he was absolutely amazing. I walked in there with no hope of getting even approved for a used vehicle and I walked out with a brand new Mitsubishi outlander sport. I was so happy I cried. Of course All the sales people there are amazing, but Sean was my salesman and he was right on it so if you need a new vehicle go to James Mitsubishi in ROME, New York, they know what they are doing, And they have lots of great vehicles to choose from, you will walk out with a smile on your face. .

We purchased our 4th vehicle and have always been treated great by the sales team of Dylan and Shawn. The service department with Rob and Sheila is always friendly and knowledgeable. All around great experience and will always recommend James Mitsubishi.

I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Was very excited as the website said I was pre-approved. I have all the credentials needed to purchase. A 580 or higher credit, earn more than enough and get m6 late husbands pension. When I arrived they said the appointments made on line are irrelevant, then was just let down . Nothing they claim to do to help get into a vehicle is true. Just another dealership. I won't be back there again.
