Excellent repair services. After hitting a deer, the car was a mess. Afterwards, it looks like new. I would highly recommend Ellinger's!

Ellinger's was not only professional and courteous but they were also extremely fast with my repairs. I hit a deer and unfortunately had a pretty big repair that was needed. I dropped it off on a Monday night and my vehicle was completed and sitting at the dealership on the following Tuesday to get calibrated. It was ready before they said it would be. I am extremely satisfied with their service and the quality of their work! I truly appreciate everything they did for me and would recommend to anyone!

If you need body work please read. Here is the story. I set up an appointment for an insurance estimate. I have made it clear from the start that I will be doing my own work. I get there and the women in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Then enters John. He comes in to the main waiting area. Goes over to a computer asks a question the women and she answers. His response is “well no shit”. I write it off as a joke. Next he goes to inspect the damage on my wife’s van. Now for back story, this van is not in mint condition by any means. But the bumper was hit by someone else while she was parked and at work. (Damage described below) He opens the door and asked me “sir can you come show me the damage” I respond ok When we are outside I point to the two spots where the bumper is pushed into the fender and pushed away from the fender on the other side. He tells me “what do you want me to do with this” I tell him “I don’t know this is your business not mine”. He asks again I respond the same. He said “ so what do I just write this up as a splash shield?” I ask him “if I’m bothering you I can leave.” He says “ok” I ask for my keys we walk in side I ask him “did I do something wrong to you” no response. He hands me my keys and says “have a nice day” I respond the some and walked out. All he had to say was. I’m sorry but this repair is not worth our time. I would have understood that. But he chose the route he did.

I would disagree with anyone trying to throw shade on the performance or integrity of this family business. Over the years, I have now had work done there three times. Just recently, I had to wait a few months to get in, in part because they will prioritize folks whose vehicles are damaged to the point of not being operational. My only small complaint was that this was not made clear to me initially, so I waited longer than first estimated. Not enough of a problem to subtract a star in this review. I'm sure if I had been so unfortunate as to have an undriveable vehicle, I would be thrilled with that policy (haha!) I CHOSE TO WAIT for Ellinger's because I trust them to do excellent work & that's worth the wait. I have recommended them to others for the same reason. In fact, when my brother had his truck done by them at my insistence, he was beyond pleased with the result. He couldn't find a single flaw and said it was like getting his brand new truck handed back to him. I am pleased with my recent repair. As far as I know, they only do collision work. They deal with the insurance companies and file supplemental claims if needed (if more damage is found after work begins). They are very efficient, saving you time (important if that expensive clock is ticking on a rental car allowance). Another place estimated they'd have my car 10 days. Ellinger's had it done and done well in 3. Office staff is pleasant, and John is a standup guy. He will look out for you and make sure your vehicle is fixed properly. So good to have my car back to normal, & would definitely choose them again...though I hope not to need anybody! 😄 Important to note if you do plan to use a rental: this all gets set up initially by your insurance company. Just double check that it's still in place as soon as you get scheduled for repair. I was told by Enterprise that the reservation had "expired" while I waited. Ultimately, I didn't need it, or this could have caused additional delay.

Very satisfied with the quality of repair and the friendliness of staff. They set up my rental and return. One less thing to worry about!
