First I have no problem with the quality of the work, it was done just as I would expect with no issues. Main concern is the scheduling. Called a few days prior and spoke with the store manager to set up the appt. He said they are free anytime on that particular Friday. I scheduled for first thing the morning 8:00. When I walked in none of the staff even knew I had an appointment or what the work was for ( 4 tires). I also set the appt up online to take advantage of an online only rebate. The staff asked if I was waiting which I was because it would be at least 4 hours. I then asked why and they then told me they were all overbooked for that time slot. I took a day off from work to get this work done and had other appts scheduled for later that morning which would have been no problem if the manager had actually taken my information and scheduled me as he said he did. I recommend calling numerous times and confirming your appt and ballpark timeframe of completion to avoid sitting in the store half the day.

This review is woefully late, but here goes. I was on the last night of a cross-country move in October of 2022 when I jumped a curb in my hotel parking lot and somehow managed to both blow my tire and dent the rim. Goodyear said they'd take a look and see what they could do. The following morning they called - no chance of fixing it, but they said they'd send one of their guys to a pick-and-pull to see if they could find me a rim. They found me a rim, installed it, and got me back on the road that day. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially in light of how far above and beyond they went to help me out. I can't say enough about how grateful I was at the time, and remain - I teared up again writing this review. It had been such an exhausting move, I had pets with me, I was three hours from my new house, and I just wanted to be done. They were an absolute life-saver.

I had a fantastic experience at Goodyear, Rome, NY! My car broke down unexpectedly while I was passing by Rome, NY, and I was worried I’d be stuck for days. Thankfully, the team at Goodyear came through—diagnosing the issue and replacing both the alternator and the battery, all within the same day. A huge shoutout to Matt, who was especially helpful and communicative throughout the process. He walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel seamless. Thanks to Matt and the crew, I’m back on the road and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and fast service!

Fantastic experience! We called them when we had a blowout traveling through the area. Called them from the side of the road with no information in front of us and they were patient and looked up our information from our account, helped us order replacement tires, and set up an appointment for us within just a few days. When we took the truck in for the appointment, the staff were super friendly and helpful, they listened to our concerns and they were very knowledgeable about alignments. They took their time with our vehicle to make sure to correct the issues and talked us through other potential concerns. I even followed up after the appointment with a question and they went out of their way to help get me an answer. A rare customer service gem in this age! They seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. All-in-all a fantastic experience and we truly appreciate their expertise!
