Caliber Collision

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The repair on my Hyundai was completed smoothly and the quality looks excellent. The staff provided excellent customer service and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was ready when promised. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend them.

Great experience! Best decision I made was to bring it to caliber collation. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They keep you in the loop through text messages for the whole process. My truck was ready exactly when they said it was. Even looked better than when I brought it in…..

I dropped my car off last week to be repaired they said that my car is on schedule to be done on Friday I got tex messages stating this all week now they call me and tell me that my car is out of the paint booth ready to be aligned but they are short on employees and my car wouldn't be done until Wednesday due to a storage of employees tell me why this is my problem... It doesn't take but one person to take it elsewhere to get it aligned and one person to put it together I know this because my husband does this for a living in a different garage I would not recommend this place to no one.

Excellent professionalism. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Looks brand new. Highly recommend ANYONE to go here to get your vehicle fixed. Very pleased.

Have used a few large claim repair shops, and the service and workmanship at this Rome Calliber has been phenomenal. Can't recommend them enough for claim work.
