Communication was poor, and after my vehicle was serviced, multiple warning lights appeared that were not on before, they said take it home anyways... It seems a sensor may have been damaged during the repair. Although Michael gave me a discount, I still lost an entire day waiting for my vehicle and now may have to pay for additional repairs. When I asked about the warning lights, I was told to return the next day, but I never received a clear explanation or proper documentation for the work performed. Michael was friendly at times, but communication was frustrating. I was told I would receive updates, yet I often had to call myself and was given inconsistent information. I believe the shop is capable of doing the work, but when problems arise, they should communicate clearly, provide documentation, and take responsibility. I am disappointed with this experience and no longer feel confident recommending this business.

These guys take on more work then they can handle. And when they finally get to fixing your car, they do a rush job and will cause you to return your car to get fixed again for the same reason you brought it there. They will take longer to fix it and it will still have the same problems (my car sat there for 3 weeks). You have to call them every day to make sure your car is on their radar. I live next to this shop since 2009, the only reason I went there. Never again. Sam's Auto provides same day service and fixes your car right the first time.

I called and was told to bring the car right down and they'll look at it right away for me! I was treated nicely and they fit my car in and in less than 2 hours I was on my way with a fixed car! I am so relieved and happy I can rely on a neighborhood autoshop. I will definitely be spreading the word on how good this place is! :)
View on GoogleFirst time being there was a few days ago. I was waiting for Jake to show up as I made an appointment with him specifically. I got there before he arrived and another gentleman saw me sitting in my car waiting. He came up to me and told me I could come in and wait instead of waiting in my car. It was a little warm in the waiting area so I stood outside. He then asked me if I wanted a chair to sit in and wait. Even though I politely declined his offer he was very professional and friendly. These people are very customer friendly! And I would recommend them to anyone! I don’t know the other men’s names but I highly recommend Jake as he is amazing at what he does. Thank you all for giving me the best experience while I was there!! Keep up the good hard work guys!!
View on GoogleSo made the call spoke with the guy told him about my Vehicle that when started it up it would jurk then was really loud he said okay asked what kind of car told him a Chevy then was told to bring my Vehicle down and they would take a look at it and we can go from there said okay got there and hung out until they could let me know what was going on which they did after awhile had a blown muffler and weldpipe we chatted about it also met a young lady there who was on a call and she spoke a name who me personally only no of one person with that name so asked the lady about the name she spoke of and yes it was the same person I'd knew of so she called her back asked her did she know me heard yes handed over the phone and we talked made sure we had each other number so that we could stay in touch 😊
