Walmart Auto Care Center

I felt it important to give this auto center a positive review... I came in with a problem, I'm here from out of town, and my battery was malfunctioning... They took into consideration my problem, and they helped me out... They didn't have to but they did. My experience with this auto center was fast, professional, and on this particular day, they went above and beyond that which was expected of them. Thank you very much. This was the worse customer service I’ve experienced. Don’t waste your time. I scheduled a tire change, I arrived and the worked told me it was canceled and to come back the next day. The next day I get here and they were closed because the “system” was down. I’ve contacted support to refund the tires I never received. I called the auto center several times with no reply. I showed up to speak to someone and no one was there. I waited for ten minutes and finally someone came over to help but told me the person that could help me left already. It says they don’t close until 7pm. This has been the most irritating experience I’ve had. I’m still waiting on a refund from a product I don’t have, four days later.

Been one screw up after another and some guy at the counter saying he was the manager who kept saying bet to me. Thankfully I know what that means but feel bad for someone my mother's age. Seemed very disorganized and frankly I'm concerned to have them mounted there now.

Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else! Even if you schedule a service, when you arrive they tell you it’s cancelled. No message, no notice, no information at all. Just like that. Zero respect! And there’s not even an option in the appointment system to report that this happened.

My husband made an appointment for Sunday at 12 a week in advance. On the same Sunday, the day of the appointment, the man who was going to change the oil in our car called him and suggested that my husband go before the agreed appointment. My husband was busy and couldn't stop what he was doing. I remember that the appointment was at 12. Well, it couldn't be and they boarded for the next day, that is, Monday after two in the afternoon. The employee assured him that he would take care of him. When my husband called today to ask for the employee, the lady who answered the phone spoke to my husband rudely saying that they would not work after two in the afternoon and did not listen to any explanations. He just dropped my husband's call. I don't want to go there anymore. There is a lot of informality and a lot of rudeness from the lady who answers the phone. I no longer want or recommend them
