I am writing this just after I got a phone call from my car’s situation: I have a very very very well maintained Honda Pilot 2011. I wanted change the timing belt of my car before the time comes because I wanted my car keep running better. I brought my car from Buffalo to Rochestor just because my friend suggested me this place. The mechanic never ever contacted me even though I wanted it I communicated through my friend what is going on with my car after they change the timing belt in two months the car stopped working and I tow the car to them and they made me buy whole set of timing belt and they changed again and my friend just called me saying that your car’s engine gone. Basically , I brought them my car to make it better and now I am taking my car from them as a garbage car now. I am very upset and angry. And also I will make this mechanic another payment! Please find better place whatever if you are American or Turkish or any other nationality. I do not recommend this place at all!!

This shop is the place to go for any issues. The customer service is outstanding. They were able to find great prices on the parts needed, and delivered same day. Went above and beyond by helping me set up my next visit for some other issues they recommended I get fixed. 10/10 will be going again.
