I don’t really do reviews but let me tell you Joe and his crew is the best in the city . Everytime I take my Honda he take care of me. I got me a new radiator he put in for a good price. My car was completely damaged with alignments he told me I need to get this done and his crew work together on my car and treat my car like a lex , they test drive it to make sure it’s good . Staff is amazing definitely his son as well good people with knowledge. I will go to him any day for my car . THANK YOU JOE & CREW ‼️💪🏾💯

Did a great job on my brakes. However, I can tell this shop is all about getting money through any tactics possible with all the signs that say 50$ for this 50$ for that. Even charged me 60$ more because I used a card? Additionally, when I got in my car whoever serviced it put their cd in it. Returned their cd and the guy looked at me like I was lying. I’m not Spanish so I wouldn’t have a Spanish cd in my car nor have I used a cd in over a decade. This is why I’m leaving 3 stars. I asked them to service my vehicle not jump in and put their cd in it.

Horrible. They’re nice people, but every time I get my car “fixed” it is never actually fixed; it actually comes back worse. I spent over $900 getting my car fixed this month and now the car is completely unmovable at this point. They told me I needed an alignment so I got one, next thing you know the alternator and the battery is dead (which they never told me even though they insisted they did) I was just about to sell the car too so it’s very disappointing … I’ve been a customer for years and all they care about is taking my money. They don’t ever look out or actually help, they just want more money. I don’t recommend! Go next door to Colon’s Auto, they’re way better and more reasonable and they actually will fix your car. I don’t know why I came back to Sam’s. Big mistake!
