my car finally decided to break down on Thursday, February 12th, and i told myself that was it, im getting a new car! i went searching onto a few sites and Roc City Auto Sales Inc. was one of them. within a couple hours of me inquiring, i got a phone call from Andy. i set up a time to go in Saturday, February 14th and test drive a 2015 Chevy Equinox. after getting back, i spoke with Andy and told him i loved the car, and wanted to move forward with the process. not once did Andy try to be pushy or oversell me on the vehicle. he even broke down everything for me and explained in details what he was doing and why he was doing it. ive never had such a great experience with a car place and was very pleased! Andy and the rest of the staff were so friendly and efficient. as of today, February 19th (one week after my first inquiry), i drove off the lot with my new-to-me 2015 Chevy Equinox! if i could give more than 5 stars then i would, but Google only allows 5. i will for sure be recommending this place to all of my friends and family! thanks so much everyone!!

Wonderful dealership. They worked with my schedule, replied to inquiries in a timely manner. Made sure everything was good with the vehicle. Even offered a warranty which many used car dealers don't do. They took care of any issues and even resolved some paperwork issues. I would buy from them again in a heart beat. Best used dealer in all of Rochester!!!
