The best!! I had a long-time mechanic in Colorado for my 25-year-old vehicle. I despaired of finding someone in Greece, but I gave Pro-Service a try and I have been so impressed. Beyond impressed! Great guys who know their stuff, exceptional service, fair pricing, quick turnaround, friendliness, and responsiveness. I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else.

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be checked out and they communicated a plan of action afterwards based on the part being difficult to get/find and plans to follow up. I heard an update from them once and was told they were expecting a part in a couple of days. I’ve waited weeks for response since to a few messages following up and continue to get ignored. Would have loved to work with them as they seemed nice and knowledgeable from me going three other places before with no resolve; and would have been ideal with them being located so close to home but sometimes you have to ignore convenience. Would be nice if they just flat out communicated they didn’t want to service it or didn’t know next steps instead of wasting my time and energy. Go somewhere that follows through on what they say actually communicates and calls their customers back! Simple principles & respect goes a long way

The men are so nice and love to explain what needs to be done. My husband has been going to them for a while now. If he goes and don't have an appt, and if they have time, they will help him. If they are swamped, they will make an appt, and the appt is usually within 5-7 days. Which I think is awesome for such a small shop. They work fast, and usually very affordable! Keep up the awesome work guys!♡
