Prime automotive is the best car repair service in Rochester New York . Just the moment I tot I was gonna spend banks to replace a a broken tail light , they just went to my hood and touch a few things and boom the bulb started working again. I am grateful because I am able to save the money I woulda use for a new taillight. Gotta love prime automotive

I test drove the vehicle I spotted out what was wrong they assured that they would take care of everything when I picked it up they done nothing still animals hair in it backup camera not working along with other stuff I still gave Benefit of the doubt because the warranty they said they stand by. They kept dodging me I have text messages showing I was in contact with the person that sold me the vehicle & they don't stand up to their agreement. I put 1k into this vehicle in less then 2 wks having it. & now 2 months later I'm having electrical problems my back taillights wont turn off I'm smelling sumthg like burning wires smell coming through my exhaust the extended warranty haves a deductible as well. I called them today for them to hang up in my face. So I definitely recommend for anyone that see & reading this to not waste your time if you are serious about your hard earned money don't waste your time giving these ppl your monies you may have to catch a charge. Ty have a BLESSED DAY 🙏🏽❤️💙🛐 IM JUST KEEPING IT HONEST & I wouldn't want to see you in this predicament like me..

I happened to pull into this place when I got a flat tire. I had no idea it was a car place and called my husband to come help me change my tire. Someone from Prime Automotive noticed us trying to change my tire and brought out some tools and a car jack to help. Very nice and appreciated as I was having a horrible morning. I can imagine they treat customers just as well as a stranger in need! Thank you for your help!
