I would like to share my experience with the worker who helped us today. He was very kind and assisted us even though they were very busy. We were in Rochester on a trip with our family, and he went above and beyond to help us because we were far away from home and our car’s alternator had failed. Thank you for your excellent help and kindness.

I had a problem with my power steering and brought it in, they gave me a heads up on how much the repairs may cost. After confirming the problems they gave me options on how I wanted to proceed. I checked with my friends at my old dealership And they vouched for the validity of the pricing for the work, in fact they said it was a more than fair price. Wasn’t cheap, but nothing is. Now I’m driving my car like it never happened. Great bed side manners, both the son and dad are easy to talk to. Got recommended from my girlfriend and now N&J has a new customer. Thanks

An absolute pleasure to work with! After an ongoing, presumed electrical issue that had my car in an out of the shop just about monthly, they were honest and let me know what they thought was best, and when it was beyond their expertise, they were once again honest in referring me to an electrical specialist as to not waste either of their time. Incredible work and fair prices, there were a few times I brought my car in and wasn't charged because it was just a quick check. Could not recommend this place enough!
