I inquired multiple times over the phone about a 2018 Lexus RX450hL they had for sale. From the online photos, I noticed a stain on one of the rear leather seats and tape holding up a cup holder. When I asked about these issues, I was assured there were no stains, no tape, and that the vehicle was in “great” cosmetic condition. I drove hours to see the car in person, only to be immediately disappointed. The first thing the salesperson told me was that the price was firm because it was already discounted due to cosmetic imperfections. This was shocking, since I had been told over the phone that the car had no cosmetic issues. On inspection, the car was clearly in poor condition: • The rear seat was visibly stained. • Both rear cupholders were damaged, with one literally held together by duct tape. • The center console lid was ripped and covered with a cheap aftermarket cover. • The driver’s door interior had heavy scratches. • The exterior had a poorly applied metallic wrap, *possibly* covering deeper paint damage, with obvious scratches and nicks visible on the door jamb. When I pointed these things out, the salesperson brushed it off as “normal wear and tear” for 160k miles. In reality, this vehicle is in fair condition at best and what bothered me most was the dishonesty. I would give a higher rating since the staff was very friendly. But friendliness doesn’t excuse misleading a prospective customer. Being upfront and honest would have saved me hours of wasted travel and left me with a better impression, even if the car wasn’t right for me.

Definitely recommend. AJ was our sales guy and he was great and extremely helpful. I bought an older car with more miles than I normally do. We found the right extended warranty to fit our vehicle and he didn’t try and upsell coverage that we didn’t need. Great communication throughout the process and even met us outside their normal business hours. Thank you

My husband and I were very impressed at the selections of vehicles on Kalpin's lot. Our son was interested in A Silverado or Sierra. We were greeted by our Salesman AJ who was wonderful helping with what we were interested in. There were three vehicles that were driven and The Silverado had everything we were looking for. The price was very good, They offer an excellent warranty for their vehicles that no other dealerships have to offer. The other salesman were very friendly when we talked to them while our vehicle was looked at. We got to meet the manager, who was very professional, easy to talk to and and made us feel like family. This is also how AJ made us feel very comfortable when looking, and buying the Silverado. We are very happy Kalpins had the Silverado to sell. We had a wonderful experience, no pressure and felt at ease throughout the whole transaction. We would recommend to view online their selections and stop by to receive the excellent service as we did. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a truck from AJ from kalpins express auto center , very Pleasant experience, when I ask for any information for the truck he had it. After Negotiations he was able to have my truck ready the next day. Due my own express need. The Warranty with it was top notch. I’m doing this review after several days of driving it and I’m not disappointed thank you aj.. your boss should give you a raise!!! He almost lost my business…but you and Mechanics got my truck right you both are the unsung heroes in the used cars in industry!!!!
