This was my first time bringing my 10 year old Chevy sedan to Independence Car Care, and it was a great first-time experience! I was having trouble with my coolant leaking and my battery. They were able to find the issue with the coolant, and although they weren’t able to replicate the issue with my battery (and I can’t replicate the problem anymore either) they found a couple other things and issues they found that the previous garages had failed to mention. They were communicative, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and (even though I don’t expect it) were very nice. I’m glad I took a chance and brought my car here. Will definitely be coming back!

Alex did an outstanding job on the mechanical work ! And coyote and Dan reach out to me during the time my vehicle was being serviced! Everyone was very friendly and helpful thankyou also Jeff for reaching out to me to make sure everything went well! I had 2 different recommendation from a friend and another garage to come to independent car care center . There service prices were more reasonable than most places now a days . It still was quite pricey because of all the repairs needed on my 2012 Toyota but that was on me because it’s an older vehicle and things rust out exspecially in Ny . I was very pleased with all the employees that I encountered in making my vehicle safe for my trip to Florida so I can pull my cargo trailer safely. I would definitely recommend this great place for service!

Great experience here and Dan was awesome in explaining the work being done! Love the inspection report - really know what goes on with your car Had to come in to get a bit of work done to my nissan and they are able to take care of all it! A few places I went to kept turning me away and to go to the dealership but Independence took it and gave me a thorough inspection and handled it best!

My experience was pretty much like the review left by Mr. Plaints. My Nissan dealer had not a pleasant attitude, and of course you can expect to pay so much at dealers. I had the oddball issue that Independence resolved and also found a problem that needed fixing before it became a bigger issue. They were great to work with - great communication. It's refreshing to have at least one thing in today's overly complicated world actually be good. When calling my Nissan dealer ... a fully automated phone system (for our convenience, haha) put me through 10 ridiculous prompts, and 10 minutes, just to not completely finish the deal. The phone system said I would receive a call back. I never did. I called back 6 hours later, through the endless auto prompts and questions trying to reach a person just to make an appointment. I did finally reach someone who proceeded to have an unpleasant attitude. No thanks! I cancelled the dealer and did a quick Google search and came upon Independence. I called there and a person calmly answered the phone, and a person listened to my issue, and the person made the appointment right then! ... which literally took about 98 seconds. Imagine that. So nice!
