The first time I went to Don, he was so helpful and thorough. I went to get a diagnostic for my vehicle, and he was able to tell me in depth what was wrong. The things I did not understand, he helped me to understand and even told me not to worry he would help me get my car back in the right shape as so much was wrong with it. Don is reliable, very communicative, and the shop is very comfortable and everyone is very friendly. Don does an amazing job and will definitely make sure you leave with your vehicle fixed! 10/10 I highly recommend!

I don't reside in the area and had to travel over two hours to collect my vehicle, but I wanted to ensure it was safe to drive back due to previous issues with that specific dealership. I've attached screenshots of our text conversation, and as you can see, he seemed uninterested in my business. In a moment of desperation, since he was the only option after a lengthy search, I decided to take a chance, hoping I was overreacting. Since it was my first experience with a mobile mechanic service, I wasn't informed about how his process would work. When I called on March 20 2026 after searching online, he didn't pick up. Eventually, he replied via text. I prefer to discuss business over the phone, but I overlooked that warning sign. The second warning was his lack of enthusiasm for doing business; although his online profile indicated he was available on Saturday, he claimed he wasn't. The final warning was his failure to reach out the day before or the day of our appointment (March 23) to cancel. His business hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 but he still chose not to contact me that day. He only informed me of the cancellation after I contacted him due to his lack of communication. As shown in the screenshots of our conversation, instead of apologizing, he was dismissive and defensive, as if I had no right to consider his behavior unprofessional. I didn't deserve to be disrespected. I was in a vulnerable situation and needed a dependable and professional service, which I did not receive from this mechanic.
