I took my truck to this shop just by googling a mechanic near me. I have a check engine light on. After explaining how a previous mechanic failed to get the 02 sensor fixed I was assured it would be fixed. Their communication is horrible. I dropped my truck off at 9am and I had to call them at 5pm to hear that the sensor was bad but nothing had been done to the truck. Damn, I thought I told them about the sensor. Who’s the damn mechanic?? Long story short, I left it for another day to get the job done. Mechanic steadily telling me how he don’t need my money he got a good life. He don’t beat people out they money….blah blah blah…When I asked for a receipt the mechanic became rude and even had the nerve to call me a liar like he even knew me. After asking for a receipt and being talked down to for doing so, I picked up my truck and paid the disrespectful guy and guess what… two hours later my check engine light is on. We will be talking to our lawyer. I knew it was a reason this dude got all fired up when I asked about the receipt. Thought they got somebody. But God is good. They didn’t stop my flow. But yea, calling the lawyer. Leave these dudes right where they at, for real.

Highly recommend! Told Joel I needed my muffler fixed and he quickly told me to bring it in the next day and my car was fixed within 2 hours thanks to Joel & the mechanics. Great communication and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will be back for any future needs!

I would stay away from this Company ,This business is very shady. I ask if I could bring the vehicle in that morning to have a starter done on the vehicle and ask specifically and if it could be be done the same day because if was Friday , I was told yes . The vehicle sat till Monday stop by Monday at at 9am nobody at the shop . The mechanic called the Ower we spoke briefly over the phone he was very very nasty and was upset I was there to ask about the vehicle instead of calling. I got my car towed right out of the and went to Joe on 238 Portland Av ..

Great service!!! Communication through repair was great and the price was super reasonable. My car has been driving great ever since it left their hands! From the immediate tow from where I broke down to the end of repairs, the entire staff was awesome. I’d give 6 stars if google let me!
