Returning from an extended vacation late on a Friday afternoon and still 500 miles from home, I lost 3rd & 4th gears in my transmission. Unable to find service until Monday, I took the advice of an auto repair shop manager & called Eagle Transmission. The manager understood my situation & was concerned that I would be stuck for 5 or 6 days. He and his crew stayed several hours past closing to obtain and install a rebuilt transmission. He picked up snacks & beverages for me & they worked until late Friday evening to get me on the road, back to home & work. The price was less than my long-time mechanic estimated. The remaining 8 hour drive was uneventful. These guys saved me a great deal of time, money & stress. I am very grateful. They went above & beyond for someone they never met who was in a real bind.

After a not so great first experience, I received a call from the owner who apologized for my bad experience and offered to repair my vehicle at no cost! WOW! I brought it in to the shop in the morning and it was ready by noon. My car runs great and the problem was completely fixed. I am very appreciative of the time put into my car and the attention given to the matter. Kudos to the owner for following up and keeping his word. In addition for his careful attention to customer satisfaction. Many Thanks!
View on GoogleThese people save a a ton of money, my transmissions completely failed on me, I found them online and took it to them, They offered me a full replacement and they gave me a fair price but i was skeptic because the price is a bit too cheap. once they finished my car started working and guess what???? its now been 7 months and its still working!! in conclusion they offer GREAT service GREAT parts and GREAT labor!! thank you guys!!!

What I thought was going to be just a small problem, turned out to be much worse than I had thought. But the guys here, especially Michael, took their time to keep me informed of everything that was going on, what they were doing to fix it, how much it was going to cost, etc. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that has transmission issues, big or small, these guys take the time to get things right the first time. Michael even stayed late for me to finish my car so I didn't have to wait any longer. I wish I could rate these guys 10 stars because 5 just doesn't seem to do them justice!

I had my car back by Tuesday afternoon. VERY FRIENDLY, GREAT PRICES, FAST SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
