5/22/2026 Was there today to make an appointment. Could not get one until June. Was my first time there. Went there because of all the good reviews. High price for just the gas tests. $100 more than normal. Refused to work on my car without the tests, even though it had already been done. Had a read out for the check engine lights. What it said would be the issues for the part to be replaced, was what I was already witnessing. Felt I was being fleeced. Wasn't too friendly. Me being me in America, that was a red flag. He did not want my business. So I went elsewhere. Different response.

I wish I could take them with me wherever I go!!! Customer service is outstanding. Both owners are true gentlemen. Bruce helped me while I was in town working for a month in Rochester when my power steering fluid was leaking. The business is busy all the time. Bruce made sure he could get my car in and fix it. When I arrived for the power steering fluid leak repair I asked him about a bulb out on my rear brake light as I was trying to figure out if I could do it myself. Bruce said he would be able to fix it no problem. They were straight forward and fixed my car in 30 minutes or less. I didn't have to worry about them adding extra repairs that didn't need to be done to fix my vehicle. I appreciate their integrity and exceptional service. I would go back to them anytime I'm in Rochester area. Thank you again!
