I spent 1k on a part that needed to be replaced and mechanics at roc auto decided to go to the junk yard and get a defective part for about 300$ and put it on my vehicle and act as if it was brand new. I was told to comeback of the part continued to make noise. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance…only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. The number I was given to call back went to voicemail so I got a second opinion from another more honest and reliable mechanic …who showed me exactly where the problem was….the mechanics at roc auto were irritated that I got a second opinion while I had both them and my new mechanic on a three way call…It’s really a shame that these mechanics at roc auto conducts business this way…I would not recommend them to my worst enemy They make the rest of you mechanics look like scammers who take advantage of working class citizens…..thanks a lot You have been warned don’t let them take your money

Had a great experience here! Brought my daughter car in for exhaust repair after being quoted over $800 from Monroe Muffler they repaired it here for $250 including the oil change! We were in and out in less than 4 hours! Same day! Thanks to Nancy and the crew for being a great neighborhood staple! They really are here for the community!

Walked in needing an urgent battery replacement, and they got it done in less than thirty minutes! They were accommodating and willing to go out of their way to help me, and for a fair price. I'm brand new to the area, and I'm very glad to have found a friendly neighborhood mechanic!

I went to Culver's best auto shop on a Saturday July 12, 24. I had to get an oil pressure sensor change. Reasonable price, honest people.
