Every time I arrive at this establishment I always see a lack of professionalism because in my opinion their customer service sucks!! Every time I go there they never have my tire size! When I finally did receive service from them I felt like I was definitely overcharged, the guy was not trying to help me out with negotiating the price, he barely gave me eye contact, didn't even look my way, if I'm spending my money with you at least give me that decency. I will continue to go to the next street over and get my tires from them, they are good, honest guys and they work with what you have if they can.

These guys gave me a good price to mount and balance tires that I provided. But the reason is such a good price because they lie to you and tell you, they balanced the tires and they don’t. They change your tires out all the way in the back of the shop so you cannot see what they’re doing. Bad business! I do not recommend!

Had a flat tire coming from Ohio. Called around and the prices were ridiculous for a used tire, but then I found this place big chief tires called them up great price installed. My insurance State Farm towed the car there. as soon as it was dropped off, Tony started working on the tire and had me out of here in 20 minutes. He beat the tow truck guy from leaving. Still made it to work on time.
