Benz best tire shop new and used tires

I had an Allen wrench (hex key) caught in my tire somehow on a Sunday afternoon. I went to Mavis and they couldn’t help me, just tried to sell me a $173.00 tire. I called around multiple tire shops and Benz was the only one responding. I took my SUV here for the first time and Charlie got the wrench out and patched my tire within 15 minutes. My tire is still fine today. The price was very reasonable, so I made sure to give him a tip. His customer service skills were amazing.

Charlie helped me immensely in a quick and friendly fashion! He even checked the remainder of my tires to have proper air pressure for safety

I went a few days ago to get a replacement tire and wanted to just buy a new (used one) and he put it on and I paid . Two days later my guy friend made me aware of how the tire had no tread after I nearly drove into the car in front of me because I couldn't stop . I called and asked him if he could give me a better tire or my money back he hung up on me and said he was out of town.

My front tire had a punch on the side and I took to Benz best tire shop and he did a good patching job. It saved me a lot dollars in my Pucket. I have been drive for 5 months now no issue with the tire. I’m happy and will do business again.
