Basset's Service Center

I just moved into the area and I work just up the street. I needed some work done on the front end of my Nissan pickup truck. I found out the tie rods were bad when I got an oil change on Saturday. Well, I stopped in on Tuesday and was greeted by Millie with a huge smile and how can I help you. I explained that I was driving back home this weekend after work and what was going on. She said they would get me in the next day because she didn't want me driving an unsafe vehicle. Sure enough, Wednesday the car was in the shop and being worked on. She said I had a bad bearing, too. But, I kind of knew that based on the sound driving down the road. They fixed that at the same time and got me back to driving a safe vehicle at a whole lot less than a dealer or chain shop would charge. When I picked it up, another cheerful greeting and a thank you for doing business with us from Millie. A great local shop that I really want to keep to myself but they deserve the business! Highly recommend!!!!

I brought my old beater in with a gas leak and some timing codes. They repaired the gas lines and a timing issue. They were honest with me in that my car would need a timing chain soon and it might not be cost effective to do so. In the mean time im back on the road and will have time to look for a new ride. I appreciate their service and give a special shout out to Scott, the owner of Basset's!

It started with a ball joint and tiered job that I felt wasn’t done right, so naturally I was upset and feeling like going to Basset’s was a mistake… but when I tell you I was so wrong! Ray and Millie are so kind and got my car back in the shop asap to ensure everything was done right and then some! I can’t say enough how awesome and honest this shop is. Had a great conversation with them and another mechanic Jim, they explained everything in detail that I need to do in the future. My car is safe and driving great now, I highly recommend them, very good mechanics, very knowledgeable and I look forward to having all future repairs done with them. Like I said to them… my car problems are theirs too now! Haha :)

This place is the absolute best. Honest which is really hard to find in automotive repair. They always get us in right away and treat us like family. Highly recommend.!!

I definitely like to thanks to these guys for the service they did on my expedition. Had an emergency on my expedition with a break line and he was able to get me in the next day. Not even 08:00 I got a call about my truck being done. The staff was extremely polite. You guys definitely have a new customer. Thanks Update: my SUV still comes to this place and only this place after a couple of years. The work they do is above and beyond. Long story short, just bring your vehicle. Especially if you want your car done right. I can honestly trust the staff and not have to be worried about being rear ended. Thanks for the service.
