Bald Hill Automotive

On 11/11/25 midnight, my cube van truck break down in the middle of highway with a simple issue. We tried many towing companies and finally by God's grace, got a hold of Bald Hill Automotive. They only asked the few right questions, sent towing truck in 30 minutes, I told them to tow to their shop. Their mechanics came in the morning and fixed the issue right away and helped my driver to not suffer more in the bad cold weather.

I cannot express how grateful I am for how much Bald Hill helped me yesterday! The brakes in my BMW went out and I was freaking out! I have had horrible experiences with towing companies in the past with taking an extremely long time, damaging my vehicles, or having crazy hidden fees. Bald Hill was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! They came an hour away to come out and tow my car another hour away! Everything was so smooth, and their communication was great! I was so worried about my car, and they kept reassuring me along the way! Thank you guys so much for your help and helping me get out of a really bad situation yesterday! :)

My car was having problems with the Knock Sensor. Something that wouldve been able to be fixed FOR FREE at my local dealership. They towed my car and I expressed that I only wanted them to inspect it to see the problem. They called me the next morning said they FIXED it without even consulting me, which im pretty sure isn't very legal. I drive it off, and not only 10 minutes later it breaks down for the same reason! I call them and the guy at the front (Bless his heart) wanted to make it right. He is the only person who is friendly and doing it right. The mechanic, who he forwarded me too angerly said that it was now a dealership problem then hung up on me. Took it to a dealership, and said that it was fully the mechanics problem! DONT GO HERE. seriously, I have never met with a mechanic so unprofessional and rude. Again whoever is at the front, you are a sweetheart and don't deserve this job. Safe for towing, anything else stay far far away. Also they tried to charge me 500 dollars for the Knock sensor fix and tow. INSANE.

The service was solid and professional, and I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. I’ll definitely be using them again the next chance I get. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way.

Had a big screw in my tire from bad roads all over and especially POTHOLES.. so I called my roadside and bald hill came to help me figure out to plug it with my kit I had. They came from almost 2 hrs away. The owner sent Cory and he did an amazing job helping me get my tire fixed and plugged becuz it was in a bad spot on my truck. Very nice customer service experience and very satisfied with the help I was given.
