Williams Tire & Auto Service

Bought tires from them and got them mounted. After install my tire pressure sensors wouldn't work. They worked fine before installation. I called to explain the situation and was told "it happens" and that they wouldn't do anything for me. I had to bring my truck to another location and spend hundreds of dollars to get new sensors and have them calibrated. My wife and I will not be going back here.

My alternator died and my belt burst off my car while driving back from Utica, yesterday. I pulled into their parking lot and explained the scenario. They kept it overnight and had it all fixed up by 2 PM the next day. For a price lower than what they quoted me on the spot. I highly recommend these guys. They swooped in and saved me without a moments hesitation.

Fair price's, friendly staff and my repairs were done quicker than projected. When the woman who wrote down our info found out we live 20 min away and our car wasn’t going to be done till the next day she even offered to find us a ride knowing that getting a taxi/UBER is impossible out there.10/10 I most definitely will be back when needed.

Excellent customer service once again. On a holiday week I had a battery problem and without hesitation, they got me in and taken care of with no appointment. Thank you for always taking great care of your customers!
